The customer service in the store is outstanding. I bought some beautiful tri-metal earrings last year and lost a piece of them. I called and emailed not really expecting much but hopeful I could buy just the piece of metal I had lost; the owner gifted me a new set completely free without hesitation out of the goodness of his heart. I couldn't believe his generousity and kindness. These are my favorite earrings and I would definitely recommend this store 🙂

Best clothing store for all age groups friendliest staff. will do anything to make you more satisfied and they will cater to your needs. When they only accepted cash for the day when I came in staff was extremely apologetic and made it very clear before we even came in to the store that they were only accepting cash and had multiple signs in the store as well just so nobody could miss it very attentive staff. and owners are super nice even when addressing negative reviews about a employee that is no longer under their employment overall great experience and great selection of clothes and shoes!

This is a good place to find your souvenir t-shirt or sweatshirt from Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. My son bought a pair of sunglasses last time we were in and it's really one of the two shops in town that we go to for souvenirs.

Love stopping by Round Lake Outfitters when I'm Charlevoix. Great selection and range of sizes. Especially loving the Unsalted clothing line. This is a friendly family run business! I truly feel horrible for the child that was yelled at and understand the family's concern mentioned in the negative reviews. Thankfully, the individual mentioned is no longer with the store (and hasn't been for quite some time). She was an employee and not the owner or a member of the family.

I can't say enough good things about the totem shop! Their customer service and product selection is excellent! My wife found a unique pair of earrings that she loved. Unfortunately she lost one of these earrings and was extremely disappointed since we didn't live in the area. A quick call to the store and the courteous and friendly store manager, Ken Schwaiger, immediately found her an identical pair to the one she lost and shipped it out across the country to her the very next day. This type of true customer service is a rarity to find. I can't recommend this store enough. It's obvious that they care about their customers.

Stopped here as an out-of-towner after seeing a nice NorthFace windbreaker/rain jacket in the window. The owner(s) and staff that I spoke with were very nice and the prices were competitive with those online. Would recommend shopping here and I felt like the experience/pricing were sufficient for me to feel justified in supporting a local business...

Great selection of product! Glad I walked in! They have Kuhl, Patagonia, Lole, and more - all for great, competitive prices. Friendly and helpful staff! The owner, or manager (?) (male) was very engaged and supportive of his staff, who was quickly working their way through shipment and helping customers on a busy July morning! They also have a lot of t-shirt and other gift options.
